This is the second transaction I’ve happily and successfully executed with Ryan, most recently I sold my home with Ryan Benson during the COVID-19 pandemic and to my surprise...he was still able to get my full asking price! Ryan did a great job advocating for me with my home purchase in Atascadero. He's very on top of his communication and was quick to let me know if I needed to do something to keep the process moving. Two months in I feel like we paid the right price and I haven't found a lot of surprises that would make me feel otherwise. Ryan knows how to negotiate and really made a difference when it came to getting the best deal possible.
